Job summary

TU Delft Library is seeking a proactive, organized student assistant to support the Research Data and Software team with research data management applications and the website. This role offers hands-on experience in a academic environment.

You will create and manage user accounts, answer questions, assist with migrating data between applications, and help write user and admin documentation while improving web content. Flexible hours around your student schedule, about 8 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student at TU Delft.
• Interest and preferably experience with administrative tasks.
• Interest in website content creation and design is a plus.
• Eager to learn about research data management and gain new skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage user accounts for research data management applications.
• Answer questions from users of the applications.
• Assist in migrating accounts and data between apps.
• Help write user and admin documentation and manuals.
• Update content on the website and related resources.
• Support the team with routine administrative tasks.
