Job summary

TU Delft is seeking a Student Assistant for the Teaching & Learning Services Support Team to help educators and staff with educational applications such as Brightspace and other tools. You will answer questions by email, phone, and TOPdesk, and assist with troubleshooting and small projects.

The role targets bachelor students with at least 45 ECTS, 8–12 hours per week, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. You’ll work alongside a teammate with guidance from experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor students with a minimum of 45 ECTS.
• Interest in educational applications and tools.
• Flexible & resilient and able to work independently.
• Attention to detail and curiosity.
• Excellent communication in English and Dutch, written and verbal.
• Customer friendly attitude and teamwork.
• Availability of 8 to 12 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and provide support to lecturers via email, phone and TOPdesk.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cases, assist face to face or via Teams.
• Contribute to ongoing projects and the Support Website team.
• Assist with extra tasks and training-related activities.
