Job summary

Canon Medical Systems Europe seeks a Clinical Application Specialist to drive solution value during sales cycles and support customers through implementation and after-sales activities. You will bridging users with the tech team, writing functional descriptions, and ensuring optimal use of medical imaging solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of B2B pre-sales experience, strong healthcare industry awareness, and fluency in English, with Spanish or French preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of professional B2B pre-sales experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the international healthcare system (especially radiology).
• Fluently in English; Spanish and/or French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead deal shaping in sales cycles and demonstrate value to customers.
• Bridge between users and the technical implementation team during deployment.
• Manage user groups and write functional descriptions of customer goals.
• Support customers post-implementation and resolve tickets to maximize value.
• Travel to important customers to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
