Job summary

Sectra, a world-leading provider of IT systems for managing medical images, seeks an application specialist to support BeNeLux customers. You will train users, analyze workflows, and work with Professional Services, Technical Support and Sales to optimize solutions.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or IT (or a clinical radiology background) and fluency in Dutch and English are required. Strong communication, usability interest and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, IT or equivalent or clinical radiology background.
• Fluent in Dutch and English both verbally and written.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in usability and medical IT.
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver web-based and on-site training to optimize solution usage.
• Analyze customer workflows and suggest improvements for their processes.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Technical Support and Sales to share application knowledge.
• Develop new processes to improve efficiency of applications work and customer understanding.
