Demonstrating these capabilities is another important task during the sales cycle.
In the implementation project, the application specialist is an important consultant; the bridge between the users and our technical implementation team. Tasks include managing the “user group” and writing functional descriptions of what the customer would like to achieve. A growing part of this work has to do with workflows, both functionally and information management wise.
In the after sales period, the application specialist visits our important customers, strengthening and extending our relationship with the doctors (and other users) and supporting them to optimally use the solution. Support tickets from users might also find their way to the application specialist, so they can get into contact with the users and make sure they get the most out of the solutions.
