Job summary

DeepHealth, a RadNet company, seeks a Technical Services Engineer, Europe, to deploy, integrate, and support AI medical imaging software across Europe. You will gather customer requirements, manage end-to-end installations, and provide expert technical support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Collaboration with development teams to improve deployment processes and enable customers to maximize the platform's capabilities is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 2+ years in systems engineering; 5+ years preferred.
• Scripting: Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Linux, networking, and security knowledge.
• Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and containers.
• Docker troubleshooting experience.
• CI/CD via Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD.
• Monitoring/observability across cloud platforms.
• Networking concepts of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Strong problem-solving and communication; able to work independently.
• DICOM/PACS/RIS experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain DeepHealth's AI imaging software at customer sites.
• Gather requirements and deployment environment details.
• Provide expert technical support and resolve incidents.
• Collaborate with development to improve deployment workflows.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Document configurations and processes for knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on medical imaging tech and tooling.
