Job summary

OMEGA, Inc. in Tilburg (NL) seeks an R&D Team Leader to guide a cross‑functional development team of hardware, firmware, and software engineers. You will promote agile practices and act as Scrum Master to ensure on‑time, high‑quality turnkey DAQ solutions.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Product Management, and help grow the team’s capabilities while maintaining a safe, productive work environment. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical teams.
Strong background in hardware, firmware, or software development.
Experience with SAFe/agile frameworks and Scrum Master duties.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; Dutch language skills desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead a cross‑functional development team of engineers and testers.
Mentor and develop team members through feedback and training.
Facilitate agile ceremonies as Scrum Master (daily stand‑ups, planning, reviews).
Collaborate with Product Management to align deliverables with market needs.
