Job summary

JDE Peet's is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution for the Netherlands and align local processes with global standards. You will collaborate across HR, Finance, and international teams as a trusted expert on complex payroll topics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in Business Administration or similar.
• 3–5 years of payroll experience, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation and tax regulations.
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP Workforce, Strada) and strong Excel skills.
• Experience with system implementations, migrations, or process improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing for the Netherlands, including complex calculations and statutory requirements.
• Ensure payroll accuracy through reconciliations, reporting, and audit support.
• Monitor and improve payroll systems and support enhancements or migrations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for payroll queries and stakeholder advice.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch legislation and internal policies while driving process improvements.
• Contribute to payroll transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
