• Lead technology development projects from research to implementation.
• Collaborate with NPD, Engineering and Operations teams.
• Support writing technology factbooks and CQV preparation.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and provide technical consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-sized technology development projects or workstreams.
• Plan budgets and allocate resources for projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, packing and category teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead pilot or plant trials; report findings to stakeholders.
