Job summary

JDE Peet's in Utrecht is seeking a Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Intern to support external nutrition measures and UPF governance. You will monitor developments, translate findings into input for company databases and guidelines, and collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and marketing teams.

You will gain hands-on experience in scientific and regulatory affairs and nutrition while supporting quality and innovation in product development, starting March 2027 for five months.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the full internship
• Proficient in English, spoken and written
• Strong MS Office skills and data savvy

Responsibilities

• Conduct a literature review on internal nutrition guidelines
• Research and recommend tool or automation approach for nutrition measures
• Gather data and build foundational data structures for the tool and inputs for a simulator
• Support development of templates, decision trees, and risk assessment tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with company requirements
• Create training materials and SOPs for global rollout of the nutrition guidelines program
