Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Utrecht is offering a R&D Food Compliance Intern position to support the European Regulatory Affairs team. You will help structure claims, assess ingredient declarations, and ensure packaging communications comply with EU Regulation 1169/2011.

This five‑month internship (March–August 2027) offers 3 days in‑office and 2 remote days, a monthly allowance, travel support, and holidays. Gain hands‑on experience in a global company and learn from senior professionals.

Qualifications

• MS Office skills and proficiency with AI tools.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Structured, organized, and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organise data on product and packaging claims with substantiation.
• Develop a claims governance framework for non-regulated claims.
• Support regulatory activities: product compliance assessments and labeling reviews.
