Job summary

JDE Peet's invites you to join as a Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Intern at our Utrecht headquarters, starting March 2027. You will monitor nutrition-related measures, such as sugar taxes and front-of-pack labelling, and translate findings into structured inputs for databases and guidelines.

You’ll work across R&D with product, regulatory and marketing teams, develop templates and decision trees, gather data for a simulator, and support global rollout of nutrition design guidelines.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the duration of the internship.
• Strong MS Office skills and data-savvy mindset.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews on internal nutrition guidelines.
• Research tools to capture and manage local nutrition measures.
• Build foundational data structures for a simulator or calculator.
• Develop standardised templates, decision trees, and risk tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment.
• Create SOPs for global rollout of nutrition design guidelines.
