Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Finance Business Partner for R&D controlling at the Eindhoven Netherlands hub. The role focuses on managing financial aspects of hardware, firmware, and software development projects, delivering accurate monitoring and transparency across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with international R&D hubs on contract and license management, ensure compliance and transfer pricing alignment, and drive strategic decisions through detailed forward-looking analysis and digital

Qualifications

Master's degree in economics with a focus on finance and controlling.
Long-term experience in controlling, financial planning, accounting, or management consulting.
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools for financial reporting.
Familiarity with R&D reporting tools; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead in R&D controlling, managing financial aspects of hardware, firmware, and software development projects.
Oversee contract and license management with international R&D hubs, ensuring compliance and transfer pricing standards.
Act as a Finance Business Partner for R&D leadership and project managers with detailed analysis.
Enhance and digitalize reporting tools and processes for data-driven decisions in eMobility.
Serve as a key user for R&D planning and reporting tools, collaborating with PLM and performance controlling teams.
