Job summary

SFC Energy B.V. in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to lead planning and execution of R&D initiatives.

You will manage projects on time and within budget while coordinating with cross-functional teams and customers across international locations. You bring a master or bachelor in technical business administration and at least five years of R&D project management experience, with a solid grasp of EMS manufacturing and English and Dutch fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical business administration or a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct milestone planning, quote reviews, control, communication and management of projects.
• Establish effective meetings with stakeholders.
• Regularly inform customers about the progress of projects.
• Implement and update action lists for projects.
• Participate and give input in the selection of resources for the project.
• Initiate and deliver risk and opportunity analyses.
• Contribute to solving technical problems of the product and add process knowledge.
• Investigate and introduce new technological developments to products and processes.
• Manage and monitor measures in the field of quality, training, education, qualification, supervision, budget control, coordination of capacity and integrated product-life-cycle.
