What will you do?

As a Business Controller, you will ensure financial transparency and accurate reporting for the Global Center of Competence for data centers, overseeing international projects in EMEA and APAC. You will collaborate closely with finance colleagues, project control teams, and Siemens branches abroad. Your role includes financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance, while continuously seeking process improvements. Your expertise makes you a sparring partner for financial topics at profit and cost center levels.

• Ensure correct financial reporting and compliance with Internal Control (ICFR).
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes.
• Collaborate with various teams, both locally and internationally.
• Apply IFRS in a project environment and provide financial insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

What do you bring?

We are looking for an enthusiastic finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and has:

• A bachelor's degree in business, economics, or finance & control.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within a complex environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office (especially Excel), and Power BI (Power Apps and Power Automate are a plus).
