Job summary

DHL Maastricht is seeking a Query Handling Agent to join the eCommerce Accounts Payable team. You will manage all invoice and payment queries, liaise with stakeholders, and drive improvements to prevent recurring questions.

The role requires strong communication, Dutch fluency, and solid Excel and ERP experience. You will support multiple entities from the Maastricht site in a collaborative finance environment.

Qualifications

• MBO level or equivalent with administrative experience in an accounting environment.
• Excellent communication and strong soft skills.
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• ERP system knowledge (Oracle, SAP, Basware).
• Experience with Accounts Payable processes and systems is preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch with good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming queries regarding invoices and payments.
• Contact stakeholders and Budget Holders.
• Proactively suggest process improvements.
• Prevent future queries by contacting suppliers/business partners/budget holders when needed.
• Handle queries for all entities.
• Responsible for vendormaster (create new suppliers and maintain existing).
• Instruct suppliers and business partners regarding local PtP policies.

We are looking for an Query Handling Agent to join the DHL eCommerce Accounts Payable team.

Key tasks:

• Handle all incoming queries regarding invoices and payments
• contact to stakeholders and Budget Holders
• Proactive and able to come up with process improvements
• Preventing future queries if possible through contacting suppliers / business partners / budget holders proactively if necessary
• Handle queries for all entities
• Responsible for vendormaster (create new suppliers and maintain excisting)
• Instruct suppliers and business partners regarding local PtP policies.

Do you have what it takes?
