Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software leadership experience.
• Proven track record in architecting, delivering and maintaining production-grade software.
• Experience interfacing with physical hardware, instrumentation, or complex scientific systems is a plus.
• Strong leadership in hiring, mentoring and retaining senior engineers and domain specialists.
• Deep expertise in Python and modern software architecture principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the development roadmap for calibration software and set clear milestones.
• Lead recruitment and growth of a multidisciplinary, senior software team.
