QuantWare is seeking an exceptional Software Manager to drive our calibration software development and lead a multidisciplinary team of quantum device specialists and software engineers.

You will own the roadmap, recruit and grow the team, architect scalable software, and collaborate with third parties to ensure smooth data hand-offs across the ecosystem. This is a hybrid role with a strong emphasis on delivery and innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software leadership experience; proven architect of production-grade software.
• Experience recruiting, mentoring and retaining senior engineers in fast-paced environments.
• Deep Python ecosystem knowledge and modern software architecture principles.
• Strong collaboration with scientific domain experts and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with superconducting quantum hardware is a plus.
