Job summary

g2 Recruitment seeks a Senior QA/QC Manager for an Eemshaven HV substation project. You will lead the on-site QA/QC programme, coordinate inspections, and ensure traceability of all documentation, including ITPs, test records and as-built files.

The role requires 10+ years in construction with 5+ years in QA/QC or MEP commissioning, plus HV substation experience, Dutch language is a plus and site access certifications (BSN, WASP, Bouwpas) are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ construction experience, including 5+ years in QA/QC or MEP commissioning.
• Strong experience with HV substations, GIS, control & protection systems.
• Electrical certification and VCA required.
• Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Valid BSN, WASP and Bouwpas certification for site access.

Project: 400kV High Voltage Substation

We are looking for a Senior QA/QC Manager to manage quality assurance, quality control and site documentation for a major HV substation project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement the site QA/QC programme and quality requirements.
• Lead inspections, quality meetings, audits and non-conformance/corrective action processes.
• Ensure full traceability of ITPs, inspection records, test documentation and as-built records.
• Manage site documentation and BIM360/SharePoint systems.
• Coordinate quality activities with contractors, client and commissioning teams.
• Promote quality awareness and ensure compliance with project standards.

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ construction experience, including 5+ years in QA/QC or MEP commissioning.
• Strong experience with HV substations, GIS, control & protection systems.
• Experience in construction scheduling and project administration.
• Electrical certification and VCA required.
• Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage.
