Job summary

g2 Recruitment seeks a Senior QA/QC Manager for an Eemshaven HV substation project. You will lead the on-site QA/QC programme, coordinate inspections, and ensure traceability of all documentation, including ITPs, test records and as-built files.

The role requires 10+ years in construction with 5+ years in QA/QC or MEP commissioning, plus HV substation experience, Dutch language is a plus and site access certifications (BSN, WASP, Bouwpas) are mandatory.

Qualifications

10+ years’ construction experience, including 5+ years in QA/QC or MEP commissioning.
Strong experience with HV substations, GIS, control & protection systems.
Electrical certification and VCA required.
Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage.
Valid BSN, WASP and Bouwpas certification for site access.

Responsibilities

Manage and implement the site QA/QC programme and quality requirements.
Lead inspections, quality meetings, audits and non-conformance/corrective action processes.
Ensure full traceability of ITPs, inspection records, test documentation and as-built records.
Manage site documentation and BIM360/SharePoint systems.
Coordinate quality activities with contractors, client and commissioning teams.
Promote quality awareness and ensure compliance with project standards.
