Civil QA/QC Manager – Electrical Construction Project - Long-term - Onsite

Earthstream Global is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control function of all the civil works on a major electrical construction project in the Netherlands.

This is a critical role responsible for ensuring all construction activities and deliverables meet rigorous quality standards, regulatory compliance, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project QA/QC plan in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee all quality-related functions including inspections, audits, and testing activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to specifications and project standards.
• Manage documentation and reporting of QA/QC performance and ensure traceability of quality records.
• Interface with client representatives and third-party inspectors to align expectations and resolve quality issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Extensive experience within the construction industry (electrical, power, or industrial projects preferred).
• 5-10 years’ experience in QC with expereience managing a quality programme.
• Strong experience monitoring civil works (pilling, concrete foundations, and steel structures).
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards construction codes.
• Experienced with construction scheduling, projects admin & management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
