Job summary

Growatt Netherlands is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to blend remote support with frequent on-site service visits across the Netherlands. You will assist customers and partners in getting the most from Growatt products and contribute to ongoing product improvements.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, reporting, and hands-on service with potential travel. Fluent English is required; Dutch knowledge is preferred, with a valid driver’s license advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Growatt products across the Netherlands.
• Support customers remotely via phone, email, and platforms.
• Perform on-site inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, inverter replacements, maintenance, and customer visits.
• Identify, collect, and report product failures; escalate significant quality issues with HQ.
• Prepare clear work reports and troubleshooting documentation in line with company standards.
• Learn and support multiple Growatt product series.

Technical Service Engineer | Growatt Netherlands

Growatt is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our Netherlands team. This hands-on role combines remote technical support with frequent on-site service visits, helping customers and partners get the most from Growatt products.

What you’ll do

• Provide technical support for Growatt products across the Netherlands.
• Support customers remotely via phone, email, and communication platforms.
• Perform on-site inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, inverter replacements, maintenance, and customer visits.
• Identify, collect, and report product failures; escape significant quality issues and work with HQ on product improvements.
• Prepare clear work reports and troubleshooting documentation in line with company standards.
• Learn and support multiple Growatt product series.

What you bring

• PV industry experience is preferred.
• Electrician / PV installer background is preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic test equipment, such as multimeters.
• Fluent English. Dutch is preferred.
• A proactive, responsible, and team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the Netherlands; a valid driver's licence is preferred.
