Job summary

Growatt New Energy is hiring a Logistics Specialist for a fully on-site role in Capelle aan den IJssel, Netherlands. You will coordinate shipments, manage spare parts and inventory, and support after-sales operations from quotation to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or after-sales operations.
• Familiar with shipment planning, international logistics, inventory, and spare-parts management.
• Professional English; Dutch and Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from quotation to delivery.
• Manage spare parts and inventory control.
• Follow up on logistics exceptions to keep timelines.
• Ensure after-sales processes from quotation and order placement through invoicing and payment confirmation.

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience? Join our team in a fully on-site role supporting our after-sales operations.

In this position, you will coordinate domestic and international shipments, manage spare parts and inventory, follow up on logistics exceptions, and ensure after-sales processes run smoothly from quotation and order placement through invoicing, payment confirmation, and delivery.

You'll work closely with customers, warehouses, logistics providers, finance, sales, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and keep every task moving to completion.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Administration, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, after-sales operations, order management, or supply chain
• Familiarity with shipment planning, international logistics, inventory, RMA, repairs, replacements, and spare-parts management
• Strong coordination, problem‑solving, time‑management, and customer‑service skills
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience maintaining operational records and reports
• Professional English communication skills; Dutch and Chinese language skills are strongly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment
