Job summary

DMEGC Solar in Europe seeks a senior after-sales technical manager to bridge China HQ and European customers, manage quality, claims, on-site validation and customer capability building for high-efficiency PV modules.

You will collaborate with R&D, QA and service teams, conduct regular field visits, and coordinate cross-border support across the EU, UK and adjacent regions, with travel and language requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in PV industry with hands-on technical customer service or field engineering.
• Native or near-native English and Mandarin; strong technical discussion ability.
• Willingness to travel frequently across EU countries.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or Business; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical contact for after-sales quality issues, bridging China HQ and European customers.
• Support post-delivery quality control activities and performance testing of PV modules.
• Lead EU customer claim handling with root cause analysis and cross-party communication.
• Maintain regular technical communication with EU labs on reliability and testing protocols.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor performance and identify quality risks.
• Establish and maintain local service vendors for on-site support.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and deliver customer training.
• Document customer quality requirements and feed VOC back to HQ.
