We create great places to live, where convenience, community and service come first. With more than 14,500 homes in cities such as Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, Maastricht, The Hague, Groningen and Utrecht, as well as locations in Spain (Granada), Austria (Linz) and Portugal (Carcavelos, Lisbon), we work every day to create the best possible living experience for our residents.

In this role, you'll combine technical involvement with structure and coordination. You'll contribute to tangible projects, support compliance and quality assurance, and help prepare important investment decisions.

This is an opportunity to become part of a growing Technical Management team within an ambitious and fast-developing organization.

In doing so, you contribute directly to compliant real estate management, the successful execution of our Long-Term Maintenance Plans (LTMP), and professional stakeholder management with property owners and external partners.

You will work closely with the Technical Managers, who determine the technical direction and priorities. Your responsibility is to ensure projects are well prepared, clearly documented and followed up in a structured way.

You'll be the connecting link between the Technical Managers, contractors, insurers, property owners and internal departments such as Finance and Contract Management.

  • Coordinate communication with insurers, loss adjusters and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized project administration.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative and project processes.
  • Keep project documentation, contracts and overviews structured and up to date.
