Job summary

Homerun B.V. is seeking a property manager responsible for daily management of buildings within our portfolio. You safeguard quality, coordinate maintenance, and act as the main contact for residents. You will inspect sites, document findings, and drive improvements with a proactive mindset.

On-site coordination and clear communication with residents and suppliers are essential. You bring an organised, precise approach and take ownership to keep everything running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin, operation, or real estate is a plus.
• Affinity with real estate or management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

You ensure every building in our management operates as it should. With clear decisions and structured follow-up, you keep everything running smoothly. At Holland2Stay, you are responsible for the daily management of the buildings in your portfolio. You safeguard the quality of the buildings, ensure maintenance is properly handled, and act as the main point of contact for residents. You work within clear frameworks while maintaining control over execution. You identify issues, take action where needed, and make sure everything is in order. You take ownership, work with precision, and keep a positive and proactive mindset. You are not afraid to act, you get things done, and you bring energy into the way you work and collaborate. What will you do?

You keep the management of your buildings structured and under control:

• You safeguard the quality, appearance, and rentability of buildings in your area

• You act as the main point of contact for residents and ensure clear communication

• You coordinate maintenance and work closely with suppliers and internal teams

• You monitor progress and check the quality of work

• You carry out inspections and document your findings

• You identify improvements and take action immediately

  What your day looks like

  You start by reviewing new requests and ongoing cases. You make sure residents receive clear updates and set the right actions in motion. During the day, you switch between coordinating maintenance, monitoring progress, and keeping overview of everything in play. You are regularly on-site to carry out inspections and check your buildings. By the end of the day, everything is properly documented and followed up.

  What do you bring?

  • MBO level 4 or equivalent

  • Experience in admin, operation, or real estate is a plus

  • Affinity with real estate or management

  • You’re fluent in Dutch and English
