Holland2Stay is seeking a Booking Validation Specialist to review rental applications, verify documents, and decide who qualifies. You follow clear criteria, act on risks, and keep files accurate.

In this admin-focused role, you move applications smoothly, check incomes and identities, and ensure everything is up to date. You must be fluent in Dutch and English with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 or equivalent.
• Up to 5 years of work experience.
• Experience in admin, service, or real estate is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Review rental applications based on clear criteria and verify documents.
• Check income, identity, and ensure files are complete and accurate.
• Spot risks, inconsistencies or red flags early and act accordingly.
• Make decisions within guidelines to keep the process moving.

You keep our booking process smooth and reliable:

• Review rental applications based on clear criteria
• Check documents, income, and identity
• Make sure every file is complete and correct
• Spot risks, inconsistencies, or red flags early
• Make decisions within guidelines, no endless back and forth
• Help applicants move through the process without confusion
• Keep everything admin-wise clean and up to date

You start with a fresh batch of booking applications. You scan, check, and decide. During the day, you’re in touch with applicants. Quick questions, clear answers. You update files, verify info, and keep everything moving. By the end of the day, your cases are handled, your inbox is under control, and nothing is left hanging.

What you bring

• MBO level 4 or equivalent
