Job summary

g2 Recruitment is supporting a leading industrial organisation in finding an HSE Manager to drive safety culture, behavioural change and capability development across a complex operation in the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities include leading culture initiatives, developing training programmes, and embedding leadership accountability for safety, with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, Change Management, Safety Science, or similar.
• Significant experience in behavioural change, culture transformation, and capability development.
• Background in manufacturing, engineering, energy, or other high-hazard industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Dutch speaking is mandatory; applications without Dutch will not be considered.

Salary: Band 18 - 52K-101K & Band 19 – 60K – 119K

Industry: heavy manufacturing
