Job summary

Jobtailor in Rotterdam seeks a results-driven professional to support and manage projects that raise the efficiency of services for Key Accounts and Customer Service. You will be the primary contact for daily process questions, problems, or support.

You will establish excellent customer care through continuous improvement and reporting to the process owner, monitor KPI calls across origin and destination teams to drive service improvements, and support internal training on customer-specific

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable solutions.
• Experience in leading projects across cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in supply chain processes like freight forwarding, consolidation, transportation.
• Customer-centric attitude and mindset.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with internal and external customers.
• English proficiency required; Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage development of projects to raise efficiency of services for Key Accounts and Customer Service.
• Serve as primary customer contact for daily process questions, problems, or support.
• Establish and ensure excellent customer care with continuous improvement and reporting to process owners.
• Own monitoring of KPI calls across origin and destination teams to drive service improvement.
• Support training of internal teams in customer-specific processes as per LP where needed.
• Support KAM in identifying opportunities for process improvement and sales opportunities.
• Managing Forecasting and carrier Allocation management in close cooperation with product teams, origin teams and customer.
