Job summary

Jobtailor is looking for a proactive Project Coordinator in Utrecht to support consulting projects end-to-end. You will manage updates, client communications, and coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and to client satisfaction.

The role requires fluency in English and Dutch, experience in project management, and proficiency with web-based PM tools. A PM certification is preferred, and strong IT and Office skills help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project management environment preferred.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Education/certification in project management preferred.
• Proficiency with web-based PM tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Talent management industry experience desirable but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, multitask, and prioritize workloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to the Consulting Support Manager on project progress, challenges and achievements.
• Work with the Lead Consultant/Project Lead to track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Take responsibility for projects assigned by the Consulting Support Manager.
• Set up projects in OpenAir with Tasks and Planned Hours using input from the Lead Consultant.
• Track progress and ensure hours are booked by all project team members.
• Proactively determine coordination tasks as the project progresses and anticipate challenges.
• Provide regular status updates to the Lead Consultant on project progress.
• Support the Lead Consultant and Client Partner in managing the client relationship and service quality.
• Handle day-to-day client communications on logistics, bookings, and progress.
• Book participant sessions and record communications.
• Liaise with TechOps for implementation and product administration.
• Support coordination of delivery dates and timetables.
• Manage post-delivery communications and reports.
