Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in industrial engineering, supply chain management or business administration.
• Experience: minimum 5+ years in Supply Chain Management.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Broad supply chain expertise.
• Customer focus and relationship building.
• Program management: ability to drive the process, coordinate resources and deliver on time and on budget.
• Project management skills.
• Financial insight.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key customers to meet contractual commitments.
• Follow procedures and motivate internal teams to deliver results.
• Act as a trusted advisor towards customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with senior staff in client organizations and functional groups within UPS Supply Chain Solutions.
• Deliver enhanced customer satisfaction while fulfilling internal strategic and business goals.
• Manage a group of projects, people, and resources across business units to provide a unified approach to clients.
