Job summary

Roompot is seeking an experienced Interim Programme Lead / Senior Project Manager to drive the One PMS programme from the business perspective. You will align business, IT and implementation partners, govern priorities and support senior stakeholders across Operations, Commerce and Finance.

This senior role requires structure, ownership and momentum in a complex, business-critical programme within a hospitality/retail environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires leading large-scale transformation or enterprise system programmes.
• Strong track record in business ownership and decision-making across stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP, PMS or other enterprise system implementations is preferred.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Interim Programme Lead / Senior Project Manager to lead the One PMS programme from the business perspective.
You will be responsible for creating alignment between the business, IT and implementation partners, ensuring clear priorities, governance and decision-making. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Commerce, Finance and other key areas to drive progress and resolve issues.

This is a senior role for someone who can bring structure, ownership and momentum to a complex, business-critical programme.

What will you do:

• Lead the One PMS programme from the business perspective, including governance, planning, priorities and decision-making.
• Drive alignment and engagement across business stakeholders, IT and external partners.
• Facilitate key business decisions and challenge complexity where needed.
• Translate business priorities and requirements into clear input for IT and implementation partners.
• Manage and escape risks, dependencies, resources and delivery issues.
• Ensure focus on standardisation, testing, migration, business readiness, change and adoption.
• Prepare and facilitate steering committees and other senior governance meetings.
• Create clarity around actions, ownership and timelines and intervene where progress is slowing down.

This is you:

• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation, implementation or enterprise system programmes.
• Strong track record in driving business ownership and decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including at senior/executive level.
• Experience with process standardisation, change management and organisational readiness.
• Able to balance strategic objectives with practical execution and operational realities.
• Strong communicator who can bring structure and clarity to complex situations.
• Pragmatic, hands-on and comfortable taking ownership.
• Experience with ERP, PMS or other enterprise system implementations is strongly preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, leisure, travel, retail or other operationally complex, multi-site environments is an advantage.
