We are currently looking for a skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team and support one of our key clients—a multinational leader in the Credit Insurance industry.

• Provide support to project managers during planning, execution and monitoring phases.
• Manage financial processes: raise requisitions, track budgets and time registration.
• Ensure effective documentation practices: maintain project plans, RAID logs, and meeting notes, keeping all files updated in SharePoint/Teams.
• Control and audit project deliverables in accordance with governance standards.
• Coordinate internal and external team communication, facilitating updates and meetings.
• Take meeting minutes, track actions and decisions.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management teams to align reporting and tracking.
• Identify areas for improvement and promote the use of best practices across projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project or program support roles.
• Strong understanding of delivery frameworks, financial tracking, and documentation standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced analytical and budgeting skills.
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher).
• Intermediate Spanish and/or other languages (German, Italian).
• Stakeholder coordination and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects and teams.
