Job summary

Roompot Vakanties is seeking an experienced Interim Programme Lead to steer the One PMS programme from the business side in Amsterdam. This senior role requires governance, clear priorities and decisive action to keep a complex, multi-stakeholder initiative on track.

You will align business, IT and external partners, drive decisions, manage risks, and translate priorities into actionable input for delivery teams while ensuring readiness across operations and hospitality contexts.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
• Proven track record in multi-stakeholder decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive facilitation.
• Experience with process standardisation and change management.
• Ability to balance strategy with practical execution.
• Strong communication and organisational readiness.
• Experience with ERP or PMS implementations preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or multi-site operations advantageous.

Program Lead - One PMS a.i. — We are looking for an experienced Interim Programme Lead / Senior Project Manager to lead the One PMS programme from the business perspective.
You will be responsible for creating alignment between the business, IT and implementation partners, ensuring clear priorities, governance and decision-making. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Commerce, Finance and other key areas to drive progress and resolve issues.This is a senior role for someone who can bring structure, ownership and momentum to a complex, business-critical programme.

• Hours: 38 hours per week
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 3 months, possible to extend

• Experience in hospitality, leisure, travel, retail or other operationally complex, multi-site environments is an advantage.
