Job summary

Vanderlande is looking for a highly organized Senior PMO Specialist to strengthen their ERP Implementation Program in Veghel, Netherlands. Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior PMO specialist professional to strengthen our ERP Implementation Program. In this role, you support program governance, planning, reporting, and cross-workstream coordination to enable successful delivery of a large-scale transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain program governance routines and support steering committee preparation.
• Operationally manage the integrated program plan, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Track risks, issues, and actions (RAID) and support mitigation planning.
• Produce weekly/monthly dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
• Consolidate status updates into clear reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Facilitate cross-team alignment, workshops, and decision‑making sessions.
• Maintain PMO standards, templates, and documentation quality.
• Track ownership and follow‑up actions.
• Schedule appointments and ensure that attendance at meetings is at the right level.

What do we ask from you?

• Bachelor’s or further degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or similar.
• 3–5 years of PMO or project/program support experience in complex environments.
• Experience within ERP implementation programs (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of planning, reporting, and RAID processes.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English (verbal and written).
• Expert in PowerPoint and creative with visuals—able to translate complex information into strong executive presentations.
• Skilled with PM tools (MS Excel, MS Project, Power BI, Planner, etc.).
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are based in the Netherlands and possess Dutch work authorization.
