Job summary

Start People in Heerewaarden zoekt naar een Production Worker voor een innovatief productiebedrijf in de agrarische sector. Je draagt bij aan de productie van duurzame grondstoffen en werkt in een moderne schone productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en teamwork centraal staan.

Het team werkt in een 2-ploegendienst met af en toe dagdiensten. Het bedrijf biedt een fulltime dienstverband, opleidingsmogelijkheden en doorgroeikansen richting Senior Operator of Teamleider.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als Operator of Production Worker.
• Technische affiniteit en gestructureerde werkwijze.
• Goede beheersing van Engels.
• Bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegendienst.
• Vervoer van en naar werk is vereist.

Responsibilities

• Aanleveren van grondstoffen aan de mixers.
• Bewaken van sterilisatie en inoculatie in clean room.
• Bedienen van verpakkingsmachines en vullen/inspecteren van 2,5 kg zakken.
• Registreren van productieparameters voor kwaliteitsbewaking.
• Reiniging van apparatuur en werkzaamheden volgens hygiëneregels.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Production Worker, you will contribute to the production of sustainable raw materials for an innovative company in the agricultural sector. You will work in a modern, clean production environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are key. This role requires a structured approach, technical aptitude, and a strong eye for detail. You will work in a 2-shift schedule, with occasional day shifts.

• Supply raw materials to the mixers to ensure a smooth production process.
• Monitor sterilization and inoculation processes in the clean room.
• Operate packaging equipment and fill and inspect 2.5 kg bags.
• Monitor and record production parameters to ensure product quality.
• Thoroughly clean equipment and work areas according to hygiene guidelines.

• Gross salary between €2,233 and €2,855 per 4 weeks, depending on your experience.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position based on good performance.
• Full-time position of 38-40 hours per week in a 2-shift schedule with a 12.63% shift allowance.
• 25 vacation days plus approximately 13 additional paid ADV days per year.
• 8% holiday allowance in accordance with Dutch collective labor agreement standards.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km up to 25 km one way per worked day.
• Overtime compensation:
  • 150% on weekdays
  • 200% on weekends
  • 300% on public holidays
• Choice between weekly or every-4-week salary payments.
• Pension accrual through StiPP from your first working day.
