Job summary

Start People zoekt een Productie Teamleider in Heerenwaarden om het productieproces samen met een internationaal team vlot te laten verlopen. U geeft leiding aan operators en productiebad employees in Hall 11 en zorgt voor tijdige uitvoering van productie- en verpakkingsprocessen.

De functie vereist leidinggevende vaardigheden, een MBO-4 diploma of gelijkwaardig, en goede communicatie in Nederlands en Engels. Een 3-ploegendienst en duidelijke groeimogelijkheden horen bij de baan.

Qualifications

• MBO 4-niveau diploma of relevante werkervaring.
• Fysieke geschiktheid voor werk.
• Goede communicatie in het Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Fulltime beschikbaarheid in een 3-ploegendienst.
• Nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht werken.

Responsibilities

• Voorbereiden van dagelijkse operaties, inclusief ploegoverdracht en opstarten van de menginstallatie.
• Toezicht houden op productieprocessen, voorraad en kwaliteitsnormen en bij afwijkingen handelen.
• Schoonmaakwerkzaamheden op machines/werkgebieden toezicht houden en uitvoeren.
• Eerste lijn onderhoud uitvoeren en bij complexe storingen assisteren.
• Werkinstructies geven, teamleden coachen en motiveren.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Production Team Leader in Heerewaarden, you will play a key role in ensuring our production processes run smoothly within a modern and international working environment. You will combine your technical expertise with leadership skills to optimize processes, maintain a safe workplace, and motivate your team.In this role, you will be responsible for supervising operators and production employees in Hall 11, ensuring that production and packaging processes are carried out according to schedule.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare daily operations, including shift handovers and starting up the mixing installation.
• Monitor production processes, inventory levels, and quality standards, while resolving any deviations or issues.
• Oversee and perform cleaning activities on machinery and production areas.
• Carry out first-line maintenance and assist external technicians during complex breakdowns.
• Provide work instructions, coach and motivate team members, and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.

What you can expect:

• Gross monthly salary between €2,750 and €3,426, based on a 40-hour workweek, including shift allowance and annual bonus.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position based on good performance.
• Full-time position of 40 hours per week in a structured 3-shift schedule.
• 22.25% shift allowance.
• 25 vacation days plus approximately 13 additional paid ADV days per year.
• 8% holiday allowance in accordance with Dutch collective labor agreement standards.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, up to 25 km one way.
• Attractive overtime rates:
  • 150% on weekdays
