Job summary

Carriere in Nederland zoekt een Operator in Etten-Leur voor een moderne productieomgeving. Je bestuurt machines, bewaakt het productieproces en controleert de kwaliteit, met aandacht voor veiligheid en orde.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst van 7:00–15:00 en 15:00–23:00, krijgt opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden en ontvangt een salaris tussen 17,50 en 19,00 EUR per uur, inclusief 8% vakantiegeld en reiskostenvergoeding.

Qualifications

• Minimaal een MBO niveau 2 opleiding (preferred).
• Ervaring als Operator of productie medewerker is een plus.
• Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken.
• Nauwkeurig werken met aandacht voor kwaliteit, orde en veiligheid.
• Flexibel en stressbestendig.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

Responsibilities

• Proces draaiende houden en productie efficiënt laten verlopen.
• Machines bedienen en productkwaliteit controleren.
• Output controleren, afwijkingen signaleren en bijsturen.
• Technische taken zelfstandig uitvoeren; bij complexere issues afstemmen met technische dienst.
• Productiegegevens registreren en administratie bijhouden.
• Veiligheid en netheid waarborgen en werkomgeving organiseren.
• Samen met collegas continu verbeteren van het productieproces.

Over de functie

In this role as an Operator, you are responsible for keeping the production process running smoothly. You operate machines and ensure everything runs efficiently and according to schedule. At the same time, you closely monitor the quality of the products.

You regularly check the output, identify deviations, and take action when necessary. You handle minor technical tasks independently, and for more complex issues, you coordinate with the technical department. In addition, you accurately record production data and maintain clear administration.

Safety and cleanliness are important in your work. You ensure your workplace remains organized and that you follow all applicable guidelines. Together with your colleagues, you continuously work on improving the production process.

You will work in a 2-shift system:

7:00-15:00

15:00-23:00

in an environment where teamwork and efficiency are key.
