Job summary

Start People zoekt een Process Operator voor een moderne, internationale productieomgeving in Heerewaarden. Je bedient automatische productie-apparatuur, bewaakt processen en voert lichte onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit in een 3-ploegendienst.

Je werkt samen met het team, registreert productiegegevens en rapporteert afwijkingen aan jouw supervisor. Wij bieden een aantrekkelijk salaris, 22,25% ploegentoeslag, 25 vakantiedagen en een goede pensioenregeling via StiPP.

Qualifications

• MBO niveau 3 werk- en denkniveau vereist.
• Goede fysieke conditie en bereidheid tot fysiek werk.

• Accuraat en resultaatgericht werkgedrag.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en controleren van automatische productieapparatuur.
• Toezicht houden op het productieproces en afwijkingen signaleren.
• Lichte onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoeren en schoonmaken volgens hygiënevoorschriften.
• Zorg dragen voor samenwerking met collega’s en de Senior Operator.
• Productiegegevens registreren en afwijkingen melden bij de supervisor.

Job description

Wat je gaat doen

As a Process Operator, you will work in a modern, automated production environment where you contribute to an efficient and safe production process. You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and carrying out light maintenance tasks. Together with your team, you will help produce high-quality substrates for mushroom cultivation. You will work in a 3-shift schedule and maintain a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and food safety.

Your responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated machinery and production equipment.
• Monitor the production process and identify deviations or technical issues.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and clean machinery according to hygiene standards.
• Work closely with colleagues and the Senior Operator to ensure optimal production performance.
• Record production data and report any irregularities to your supervisor.

Shift Schedule

1. Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:30
2. Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:30
3. Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:30

• Gross monthly salary between €2,560 and €3,316, including shift allowance and annual bonus (based on a 40-hour work week).
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position based on good performance.
• Full-time position of 38-40 hours per week in a well-structured 3-shift schedule.
• 22.25% shift allowance on top of your base salary.
• 25 vacation days plus approximately 13 additional paid ADV days per year.
• 8% holiday allowance in accordance with Dutch collective labor agreement standards.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, up to 25 km one way per worked day.
