Job summary

Jobster in Heerewaarden zoekt een Process Operator voor een moderne, geautomatiseerde productieomgeving. Je bedient en monitort machines, voert lichte onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit en levert een bijdrage aan veilige en kwalitatieve substraten voor mushroom cultivation.

Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst met aandacht voor hygiëne en voedselveiligheid. Wij bieden een bruto maandsalaris tussen €2.560 en €3.316, inclusief ploegentoeslag en jaarbonus, een fulltime dienstverband van 38–40 uur, 22,25%

Qualifications

• We zoeken een gemotiveerde Process Operator die nauwkeurig werkt en graag samenwerkt in een moderne productieomgeving.
• Minimaal mbo-niveau 3 (technisch is een pré).
• Goede fysieke conditie en bereidheid om fysiek werk te verrichten.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate und monitor automated machinery and production equipment.
• Monitor de productie en signaleer afwijkingen of technische issues.
• Voer lichte onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit en reinig machines volgens hygiëne-voorschriften.
• Werk nauw samen met collega's en de Senior Operator.
• Noteer productiegegevens en rapporteer onregelmatigheden aan de supervisor.

You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and carrying out light maintenance tasks. Together with your team, you will help produce high-quality substrates for mushroom cultivation.You will work in a 3-shift schedule and maintain a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and food safety.

You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and carrying out light maintenance tasks. Together with your team, you will help produce high-quality substrates for mushroom cultivation.You will work in a 3-shift schedule and maintain a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and food safety.

Your responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated machinery and production equipment.
• Monitor the production process and identify deviations or technical issues.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and clean machinery according to hygiene standards.
• Work closely with colleagues and the Senior Operator to ensure optimal production performance.
• Record production data and report any irregularities to your supervisor.

Shift Schedule:

• Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:30
• Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:30
• Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:30

• Gross monthly salary between €2,560 and €3,316, including shift allowance and annual bonus (based on a 40-hour work week).
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position based on good performance.
• Full-time position of 38-40 hours per week in a well-structured 3-shift schedule.
• 22.25% shift allowance on top of your base salary.
• 25 vacation days plus approximately 13 additional paid ADV days per year.
• 8% holiday allowance in accordance with Dutch collective labor agreement standards.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, up to 25 km one way per worked day.
• Attractive overtime compensation:
• 150% on weekdays
• 200% on weekends
