Job summary

Hessing zoekt een Productie Operator B voor de winkel en verwerking van verse groenten/fruit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal laten draaien van productielijnen, het opzetten en afstellen van machines en het waarborgen van kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Je werkt in een 24/7-omgeving met weekend- en nachtdiensten. Werklocatie is Nederland, Limburg, Sevenum; de organisatie biedt doorgroeimogelijkheden en een dynamische werkomgeving.

Qualifications

• MBO niveau 2/3 werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbare ervaring.
• Kennis van HACCP en BRC-normen.
• Geen specifieke opleiding vereist.
• In staat meerdere machines te bedienen en teamleden aan te sturen.

Responsibilities

• Machines opzetten en afstellen volgens productparameters.
• Productie voortgang volgen en orders beheren, procesregistraties bijhouden.
• Kwaliteit waarborgen via kwaliteitscontroles en detectie van metaaldetectie.
• Veiligheid en orde op de productiebanen handhaven (5S).
• Team ondersteunen en afwijkingen melden aan supervisors.

Over de functie

The production Operator B ensures optimal performance of assigned production lines, producing products that meet both quality and quantity standards. This role involves setting up, monitoring, and maintaining machines, while following safety and quality regulations. You will also support team members and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic production environment.

Your responsibilities are:

• Set up and adjust machines to required production parameters
• Monitor production progress, manage orders, and maintain accurate process records
• Ensure product quality through inspections, metal detection, and process control
• Maintain order, and safety on the production lines (5S standards)
• Support and guide team members, escalating deviations to supervisors

Working hours:

• Our warehouses operate 24/7, so the work schedule includes weekend shifts as well as morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Shift start times vary depending on the shift and the team. For example, a morning shift may start at 06:00, 08:00, or 10:00.

Wat wij vragen

• MBO level 2/3 work and thinking level or equivalent experience
• Spoken proficiency in Dutch and/ or English language
• Knowledge of HACCP and BRC standards
• Previous experience in a similar production or operator role
