Jobster in Heerewaarden is seeking a Production Operator to help ensure smooth functioning of our modern production environment, producing high-quality substrates for mushrooms. As a Production Operator in this modern production environment in Heerewaarden, you will help ensure that the production process runs smoothly. You will work alongside a dedicated team to produce high-quality substrates for growing mushrooms and exotic fungi. In this role, you will be responsible for operating automated machinery and ensuring that production processes run efficiently while meeting the highest quality standards. • Set up, operate, and monitor automated machines and production installations.
• Monitor the production process and identify deviations or technical issues.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and clean machinery according to hygiene regulations.
• Work closely with colleagues and the Senior Operator to optimize production processes.
• Record production data and report any irregularities to your supervisor.

• Gross salary between €2,560 and €3,316 per 4 weeks, depending on experience.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position based on performance.
• Full-time position (40 hours per week) in a structured 2-shift system.
• Shift allowance of 12.63%.
• 25 vacation days plus approximately 13 additional paid ADV (reduction of working hours) days per year.
• 8% holiday allowance in accordance with Dutch collective labor agreement standards.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, up to 25 km one-way per worked day.
• Overtime compensation:
  • 150% on weekdays
  • 200% on weekends
  • 300% on public holidays
• Choice between weekly or four-weekly salary payments.
• Pension accrual through StiPP from your first working day.
