Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a production environment.
• Proven leadership/management experience in production.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Financial insight and experience with project management.
• Attention to detail and a flexible work attitude.
• Knowledge of the industry and understanding of Supply Chain processes.
• Experience with process improvement, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Fluency in Dutch & English.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the production process and ensure efficient and high-quality production.
• Manage output, productivity and efficiency; directly manage the Shift Leaders.
• Ensure products are produced correctly, cost-effectively and on time according to specifications.
• Achieve KPIs and SLAs with emphasis on productivity and quality.
• Evaluate production processes and initiate improvement projects.
• Prepare and document production processes, flows and training documents.
• Oversee production employees across departments.
• Lead, motivate and develop production teams to meet objectives.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to analyze performance, trends and opportunities.
• Coach, support and train the team in daily tasks.
• Participate in production-related projects.
