Job summary

OSI Foods GmbH & Co. KG in Beuningen, Netherlands, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the Henri van de Bilt plant. You will lead the production teams and Shift Leaders, driving efficiency, quality, and on-time output across departments.

You will develop reports and dashboards to monitor performance and guide improvement projects. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills and fluency in Dutch and English, with a focus on delivering KPIs and cost-effective

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the production process and ensure efficient and high-quality production.
• Manage output, productivity and efficiency; directly manage the Shift Leaders.
• Ensure products are produced correctly, cost-effectively and on time according to specifications.
• Achieve KPIs and SLAs with emphasis on productivity and quality.
• Evaluate production processes and initiate improvement projects.
• Prepare and document production processes, flows and training documents.
• Oversee production employees across departments.
• Lead, motivate and develop production teams to meet objectives.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to analyze performance, trends and opportunities.
• Coach, support and train the team in daily tasks.
• Participate in production-related projects.

Our plant Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is looking for a Production Manager (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

As a Production Manager, you are directly responsible for the production process and ensure efficient and high-quality production across various departments. You are responsible for output, productivity, and efficiency and directly manage the Shift Leaders.

Other tasks:

• Ensuring that all products are produced correctly, cost-effectively, and on time according to specifications and quality requirements
• Being responsible for achieving the set KPIs and SLAs, with an emphasis on productivity and quality
• Evaluating production processes and initiating and implementing improvement projects
• Ensuring the preparation and documentation of production processes, production flows, and training documents
• Responsibility for the production employees of the various departments
• Striving daily to deliver high quality to customersEffectively managing a team of Shift Leaders
• Leading and motivating employees to achieve production objectives
• Preparing and developing reports and dashboards to analyze current performance, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Coaching, developing, supporting, and training the team in daily tasks
• Participating in production-related projects
