Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment.
• Leadership or management experience in production.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Financial insight and project management experience.
• Attention to detail and a flexible work attitude.
• Knowledge of the industry and understanding of Supply Chain processes.
• Proven experience with process improvement such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Fluency in Dutch & English.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the production process across departments, ensuring output and quality.
• Manage output, productivity and efficiency and lead the Shift Leaders.
• Develop reports and dashboards to analyze performance and opportunities.
• Coach, develop and train the team in daily tasks.
• Participate in production-related projects.
• Ensure production according to specifications, cost, and timing.
