The role involves collaborating with Sales, Production, and Purchasing to secure on-time delivery, manage KPIs, and participate in the management team while upholding HACCP, BRC, and ARBO compliance.

Qualifications

• HBO-level higher professional education.
• Experience in Supply Chain.
• Experience in managing and developing employees.
• Experience with supplier management and purchasing negotiations.
• Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, ARBO, and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the logistical chain within the organization
• Develop employees of the supply chain team
• Professionalize, design, set up, and improve Supply Chain workflows
• Strong interaction with various sales departments
• Determine the ultimate inventory turnover in collaboration with purchasing and inventory managers
• Provide input to Production to ensure optimal production capacity
• Provide realistic and reliable delivery times to customers via the Sales department
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of logistical KPIs
• Partly conducting purchasing negotiations with suppliers
• Initiate process improvements for higher efficiency, lower complexity, shorter lead times, and lower costs
• Handle and follow up on customer complaints related to the Supply Chain
• Monitor and ensure progress within the Supply Chain through coordination with Production
• Enforce and comply with HACCP, BRC, ARBO guidelines
• Participate in cross-departmental projects
• Be a member of the management team
