Job summary

OSI Foods GmbH & Co. KG in Beuningen is seeking a Line Leader to manage the daily operation of a production line and lead a team of operators. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time production, and resolve line issues.

Responsibilities include meeting production targets, maintaining records, and contributing to process improvements in a 2-shift system (5:30-15:00 and 15:00-23:30). Proficiency in Dutch and/or English is required.

Qualifications

• MBO Level 3 working and thinking level.
• Experience in production or food manufacturing environment.
• Experience as a team leader or supervisor is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HACCP is a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Good command of Dutch and/or English.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (5:30-15:00 and 15:00-23:30).
• A valid working permit for the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of production employees and operators.
• Make sure production targets are met.
• Check product quality, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Ensure correct product labels and production records.
• Solve minor machine or production issues and report larger problems.
• Keep the production area clean, safe, and organized.
• Look for ways to improve the production process.
