Job summary

OSI International Holding GmbH is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for its Henri van de Bilt plant in Beuningen, Netherlands. You will manage the logistical chain, develop the supply chain team, and drive improvements in workflows while coordinating with sales and production.

You will ensure accurate KPI reporting, negotiate with suppliers, and lead cross-department projects as part of the management team, focusing on efficiency, lower costs, and high quality.

Qualifications

• Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working.
• Experience within Supply Chain.
• Experience in managing and developing employees.
• Experience with supplier management and purchasing negotiations.
• Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, ARBO, and relevant company regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the logistical chain within the organization.
• Develop employees of the supply chain team.
• Professionalize, design, set up, and improve Supply Chain workflows.
• Interact with various sales departments.
• Determine inventory turnover with purchasing and inventory managers.
• Provide input to Production to ensure optimal production capacity.
• Provide realistic and reliable delivery times to customers via Sales.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of logistical KPIs.
• Partly conduct purchasing negotiations with suppliers.
• Initiate process improvements for higher efficiency, lower complexity, shorter lead times, and lower costs.
• Handle and follow up on customer complaints related to the Supply Chain.
• Monitor and ensure progress within the Supply Chain through coordination with Production.
• Enforce and comply with HACCP, BRC, ARBO guidelines.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects.
• Be a member of the management team.
