Job summary

OSI International Holding GmbH is seeking a Production Manager for our Beuningen plant in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for the production process across departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time output, while directly managing Shift Leaders.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience with process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), plus fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment.
• Leadership or management experience in production.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Financial insight and project management experience.
• Attention to detail and flexible work attitude.
• Knowledge of the industry and understanding of Supply Chain processes.
• Proven experience with process improvement, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process and ensure efficient and high-quality production across departments.
• Directly manage the Shift Leaders and production teams.
• Meet set KPIs and SLAs, focusing on productivity and quality.
• Evaluate production processes and drive improvement projects.
• Prepare and document production processes, flows, and training materials.
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve production objectives.
• Develop reports and dashboards to analyze performance and trends.
• Coach, develop, and train the team in daily tasks.
• Participate in production-related projects.
