Job summary

CEAD in Delft seeks a Production Engineer to assemble, test, and commission large-scale additive manufacturing systems. You’ll work with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Field Service to ensure quality and on‑time delivery.

We value hands-on mindset, reading technical drawings, and collaboration. Fluency in Dutch and/or English is required; commuting to Delft expected. Competitive salary and global projects on offer.

Qualifications

• MBO+ level in a technical discipline (Mecha/Mechatronics/Electrical) is required.
• Hands‑on technical mindset with interest in machine building.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English.

Responsibilities

• Assembles electro‑mechanical components, modules, subassemblies, and systems according to drawings and work instructions.
• Supports integration and testing of 3D printing systems and prepares them for handover.
• Assists with commissioning, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis of issues.
• Prepares components and systems for shipment, and maintains organized workspaces.
